A Server in Your Office, Not a Service in Ours.
Tabularium is a box that sits in your office. Your firm owns it, and owns the data on it. The AI models run on the box itself.
What Is Yours
The box and the data on it belong to your firm.
The books stay in your accounting system. The server does not hold them.
No AI model is trained on your clients' data.
How It Is Put Together
Think of it as a tree. The roots are your own systems. The trunk is the platform on the box in your office. The branches are the smart workers, each doing one job and bringing its work back to the trunk for a person to approve.
Solid outlines are built. Dashed outlines are in development and not built yet.
Installed and Looked After by Your IT Provider
Your firm owns the server, or leases it through your IT provider. Your IT provider installs it at your office and looks after it. Training, certification and support for IT providers from RedactusHQ are being designed. - (in development) For IT providers
Designed to Work with What You Already Have
The server is designed to connect to the accounting and practice tools your firm already uses. A change coming from another system waits for a person's approval.
What Reaches Beyond the Box
An on-premises server is not a sealed one, and we would rather say so. Email arrives and leaves over the internet, as all email does. The client portal is hosted in an account your firm owns or, if your firm prefers, by RedactusHQ as a provider. Some features look up public information on the internet.
The next release also keeps a record of every outbound connection the server makes, so your firm can see what it connects to. - (in development)
