In development. First sponsor firm being sought.
RedactusHQ Tabularium

You Are in Command.

The smart workers in the Officium prepare the work. People at your firm decide what happens to it. This page is how that decision is made, kept and, as the workers prove their accuracy, automated. Automation is the goal; your firm decides how fast to get there.

One Queue, One Decision at a Time

  1. An item arrives with a proposal. The worker shows what it thinks the item is, which client it belongs to, and the evidence for that.
  2. A person decides. Approve it as proposed, approve it with a correction, or reject it. If it belongs elsewhere, send it to another team, or ask the sender who it is about.
  3. A correction or a rejection carries a comment. The reason is kept with the item.
The approval page: a client's message and attachment, with buttons to approve as proposed, approve with correction, or reject.
The approval page. Sample data; all names are invented.

Each Item Says Why It Is Waiting - (in development)

Each item in the review queue says what it is, why it needs a person, and what approving it will do. It arrives in the next release.

Approving Routine Items from the List - (in development)

Routine items can be approved straight from the list; anything uncertain still goes to a person. It arrives in the next release.

A Reply to the Sender - (in development)

When an item is approved, a reply telling the sender it was received and filed is drafted for your team to review, edit and release. It arrives in the next release.

Approval That Fits the Stakes

One Person

The everyday case: one member of staff approves an item.

Two People

Changes to a client's identity, such as a merge or a new tax ID, need a second approver.

A Batch, with a Second Look

Items that are ready can be approved together, and a sample of them is pulled out for a person to look at again.

"Ready" Has to Be Earned by Evidence

A worker's best guess is never enough to mark an item ready. Only evidence the server has checked, such as a known contact or an account identifier, can do that. Everything else waits for a person to look.

Everything on the Record

Every approval is recorded in an audit trail, under the name of the person who made it.

What You Can Loosen, and What You Cannot

Yours to Adjust - (in development)

Communication with your clients and routine handling. As a worker proves itself, your firm can let it do more on its own, and each client can opt in or out. How that is designed to work

Fixed for Everyone

It never adjusts your books, never files a return or any other form, and never moves money. It prepares; a person submits.

Evidence Before More Freedom - (in development)

The product is designed so that your firm sees how each smart worker is performing and decides, with evidence, how much to let it do. A worker may be allowed more only when it meets pass marks set in advance, and the level drops back if it stops meeting them.

We improve the product from performance numbers, not from your clients' documents. Your firm can see exactly what we receive. Nothing with client content is shared without your firm's approval, and your client's approval where the content is theirs.
