RedactusHQ Tabularium

Client Documents, Sorted and Ready for Your Decision.

You are in command.

Tabularium runs on a box your firm owns. Its smart workers read incoming client documents and propose what to do with each one, so your staff start from a prepared proposal. The goal is to automate this stage of the work. Today a person at your firm approves every action; as each worker proves its accuracy, your firm lets it do more on its own.

Four Things That Do Not Change

On Your Premises

The server sits in your office. Your firm owns the box and the data.

Trust Is Earned

The goal is automation. Today a person at your firm approves every action; as a worker proves its accuracy, your firm decides what it may do on its own.

It Prepares. It Never Submits.

It never adjusts your books, never files a return or any other form, and never moves money. Those are a person's acts, and no setting changes that.

On the Record

Each approval is recorded in an audit trail.

How It Is Designed to Work

Documents come in by email and through the client portal. The agents identify who sent each one and which client it is for, classify it, show their evidence and propose. A person at the firm approves, corrects or rejects, and every approval is recorded.
  1. Documents come in. Clients send documents by email or through a client portal. From a phone, clients can photograph documents and send them through the portal. Every file a client uploads through the portal is virus-scanned before it is accepted, and is refused if the scanner is unavailable.
  2. The smart workers propose. For each item they propose which client it belongs to and what kind of document it is, and show the evidence for that proposal.
  3. Your staff decide. Items wait in a review queue. A member of staff approves the proposal, approves it with a correction, or rejects it.
  4. The decision is kept. The approval goes into the audit trail.

This describes how the product is built. Today it runs on a development system with test data only. No firm is using it yet.

Designed to Work with What You Already Have

Tabularium is designed to connect to the accounting and practice tools your firm already uses.

The books stay in your accounting system. A change coming from another system waits for a person's approval.

Where the Client Portal Lives

The client portal is hosted in an account your firm owns. If your firm prefers, RedactusHQ can host it as a provider.

Your firm's own name, logo and colours appear on the staff console and on the client and employee portal. What your clients, their managers and their employees see
