The questions a firm owner asks, answered in the words used across this site, with a link to where each answer comes from.
"Available" means built into the product today. "In development" means being built, or built and not yet installed on the development system. The product as a whole is in development: it runs on a development system with test data only, and no firm is using it yet.
Who Decides
Who Approves the Work?
A person at your firm. The smart workers in the Officium prepare the work; people at your firm decide what happens to it. Each item arrives with a proposal, and a person approves it as proposed, approves it with a correction, or rejects it. How approval works
Can It Act on Its Own?
Not today. Every smart worker starts the same way: it prepares, and a person approves. That is how all of them work today. The goal is automation: as a worker builds a measured track record at your firm, you will be able to let it handle communication with your clients and routine handling inside the firm on its own. What Does It Never Do?
It never adjusts your books, never files a return or any other form, and never moves money. Those are a person's acts, and no setting changes that. What your firm's workers learn never reaches another firm, and no AI model is trained on your clients' data. What no setting can change

Where Does the Data Live?

What Reaches Beyond the Box?

What Does It Work With?
Tabularium is designed to connect to the accounting and practice tools your firm already uses. A change coming from another system waits for a person's approval. Designed to work with what you already have
What Stays Where It Is?
The books stay in your accounting system. For hours and payroll, it does not run payroll and it does not hold money: payments stay with the accounting firm or the payroll company. What it does not do

When It Is Wrong
What Happens When a Worker Gets Something Wrong?
A person corrects or rejects it. A member of staff can approve a proposal with a correction, or reject it, and a correction or a rejection carries a comment: the reason is kept with the item. A worker's best guess is never enough to mark an item ready; everything without evidence the server has checked waits for a person to look. One queue, one decision at a time
Is There a Record?
Every approval is recorded in an audit trail, under the name of the person who made it. Everything on the record
How Does a Worker Earn More Trust?
The product is designed so that your firm sees how each smart worker is performing and decides, with evidence, how much to let it do. A worker may be allowed more only when it meets pass marks set in advance, and the level drops back if it stops meeting them.
