An Officium for Your Back Office.
You are in command.
Mundum in ordinem redigens · To curate your back office.
Imagine a worker for every job your back office never has enough hands for: sorting what clients send, chasing what they have not sent, checking the payroll hours, drafting the reply, looking up the rule. Tabularium is being built to give your firm that team, on a server in your own office.
The goal is to automate the data-gathering stages of your back office, more accurately and with fewer hands on each item. Today the workers read, propose and draft, and a person at your firm approves every action. As each worker proves its accuracy, your firm lets it do more on its own, so your people spend their time on the exceptions.
The Team
Some are available in the product today and some are in development. Meet each one
Four Things That Do Not Change
On Your Premises
The server sits in your office. Your firm owns the box and the data.
Trust Is Earned
The goal is automation. Today a person at your firm approves every action; as a worker proves its accuracy, your firm decides what it may do on its own.
It Prepares. It Never Submits.
It never adjusts your books, never files a return or any other form, and never moves money. Those are a person's acts, and no setting changes that.
On the Record
Each approval is recorded in an audit trail.
Where to Look Next
For Accounting Firms
Client documents come in, are matched to the right client, and wait for your staff to approve.
Hours and Payroll
Schedules and hours worked at your clients' businesses, gathered for payroll.
The Server
A box in your office, looked after by your IT provider, designed to work with the tools you already use.
What Is in Development
Each part of Tabularium that is being built or not yet installed, and where it is described.
Questions and Answers
Who approves the work, where the data lives, what it never does, and how to take part.
Where It Stands
The product is in development. Today it runs on a development system with test data only, and no firm is using it yet.
