Training for IT Providers.
RedactusHQ is designing a course for the IT providers who install and look after Tabularium at accounting and bookkeeping firms. - (in development)
The course is being designed. It has not run yet, and no IT provider has taken it. The product as a whole is in development: it runs on a development system with test data only, and no firm is using it yet.
What the Training Is Planned to Cover
- Setting the server's firmware, with Secure Boot and the firmware TPM on, and installing the operating system. - (in development)
- Running RedactusHQ's install scripts in order, and passing the acceptance checks they print. - (in development)
- Setting up secure remote access for support. - (in development)
- Applying product updates with the product's update steps, including the checks before and after. - (in development)
- Keeping backups running, and doing restore tests. - (in development)
- Keeping the encryption recovery passphrase safe and, after a motherboard replacement, unlocking with it and re-linking the data drive to the new TPM. - (in development)
- Keeping graphics drivers at the versions the product specifies. - (in development)
- Collecting the product's performance logs for RedactusHQ when asked. - (in development)
